The Palace at Mycenae: History and Imagined Identity

At the 8th meeting of the Mycenaean Seminar, Professor James C. Wright (Director of the American School of Classical Studies at Athens) will give a lecture on “The Palace at Mycenae as a Place of History and Imagined Identity”.

The Mycenaen Seminar is an annual series of seminars, which provide a much needed forum for archaeologists and students to meet, present and discuss ongoing or recent research projects, in the field of Mycenaean studies. Presentations last 45 minutes, and they are followed by discussion.

The lecture will be held in English.
