The Department of Classics at King’s College London is intending to make two appointments to lectureships (indefinite contract) in Ancient Greek Language and Literature. One of these posts will be specifically in Ancient Greek poetry (epic, lyric and/or Hellenistic). The other post may relate to any area of Ancient Greek literature. The appointment will be made, dependent on relevant qualifications, within the Grade 6-7 scale, currently £32,277 to £47,328 per annum plus £2,323 per annum London Allowance.

The deadline for applications is 31 March 2015. Interviews for the poetry job are likely to be on Monday 20 April, with presentations beginning at 09:30. Interviews for the other post are expected to be later in that week.
