With the new academic term about to start, King’s College London is making a call for posters for the upcoming conference on Saturday December 7, 2019.
Along with the presenters, also invited are Postgraduate students to present posters on any work that (loosely) relates to the conference themes — Collaboration and/or New Techniques in Classics. Posters should be up to 36″ x 48″ (91.4cm x 121.9cm) in size. These will be presented during lunch, afternoon break and the drinks reception, where attendees will be able to view the posters and discuss them with the presenters.
It would be ideal to be present to discuss your poster, but we understand that this may not be feasible for everyone. As a result, please make sure to include contact details on the poster so that attendees can reach you if they would like to discuss anything. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cover the cost, but we may be able to print the poster for you.
Please email the editor with a copy of your poster by November 22 if you will not be attending and require us to print the poster and by November 29 if you will be attending and printing it yourself.
