The pre-sorted fragments can be assigned to different decorative systems. The majority of the fragments are decorated in monochrome or bichrome, but there are also numerous remnants of figurative and ornamental depictions. As part of the project, the fragments must first be documented, dated and examined in order to create a reconstruction of the wall design on this basis. It should also be examined whether conclusions can be drawn about the reconstruction of the associated building.
