On Thursday 2nd December at 5:00 pm GMT, Franck Goddio, the founding president of the European Institute for Underwater Archaeology (IEASM), will speak on ‘The Portus Magnus of Alexandria: 25 years of underwater archaeological research’.
This important lecture will review the work of the IEASM, in cooperation with the Egyptian Ministry of Antiquities exploring the submerged remains of the great eastern port of Alexandria.
