Alepotrypa Cave, Diros

Alepotrypa is a large terrestrial cave with a lake at its far end, with a total length of over 200 m. It is located next to Glyfada, in the Bay of Diros. The cave has undergone extensive work to make it accessible to visitors.

It is one of the most emblematic caves used by humans during the Neolithic period (7th-4th millennium BC) in Greece for a variety of activities, mainly burials and possibly rituals.
