The third webinar of “2021-2022 Numismatic Meetings – Yannis Touratsoglou”, the first for 2022, is taking place Monday, January 17th 2022. This year the meetings are still virtual.

Jérémy Artru (Université d’Orléans) will discuss “From Observation to Experimentation. Some Considerations on the Use of Spherical Molds for the Production of Coin Blanks in the Greek World”.

The “Numismatic Meetings – Yannis Touratsoglou”, organized by the Belgian School at Athens (EBSA), the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the National Hellenic Research Foundation (EIE), and the French School at Athens (EfA) aim at promoting ongoing numismatic research. All lectures are followed by discussion where attendees are also invited to take the floor and ask questions to the speaker if they wish.
