Late Helladic Megaron at Tzannata, Kephalonia

December 20, 2012

“Late Helladic Apsidal/Ellipsoidal (ovoid) Megaron at Tzannata, Poros on Kephalonia”

The second lecture of this year’s Mycenean Seminar will be given by Dr Antonis Vasilakis, Honorary Director of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Former Ephor of Antiquities of Kephalonia, Ithaka & Zakynthos.

The Mycenaen Seminar is an annual series of seminars, which provides a much needed forum for archaeologists and students to meet, present and discuss ongoing or recent research projects, in the field of Mycenaean studies. Presentations last 45 minutes, and are being followed by discussion. The seminars take place every two months, at the Central Building of the University of Athens.
