“From Ancient Seal-Stones to Contemporary Print-Making”. A visual dialogue between ancient artifacts and creations of the printmaker Vicky Tsalamata
The Numismatic Museum presents prints created by the visual artist and printmaker, Associate Professor of the ASFA Vicky Tsalamata and inspired by the dialogue of ancient seal stones with original miniature works from the collections of the Numismatic Museum, the National Archaeological Museum, and the Archaeological Museum of Thebes.
The exhibition is part of the “Athens Print Fest” 2012.
Opening of the exhibition: Thursday, 18 October at 19.00. A reception with music will follow in the Museum Garden.
