The European Research Council-funded project “SLaVEgents: enslaved persons in the making of societies and cultures in Western Eurasia and Northern Africa, 1000 BCE – 300 CE” is delighted to host an online lecture by professor Myles Lavan, University of St Andrews.
The lecture, titled “Manumission in the Roman world and the Americas: a demographic perspective” will take place on Thursday 26 March at 18.00 Athens time (16.00 UK time).
