Τhe Department of Materials Science at the N.C.S.R. “Demokritos” is organizing a lecture given by Prof. Andreas Hauptmann from the German Mining Museum Bochum. The subject of the lecture will be ‘Investigations of gold artefacts from the Royal Tombs of Ur, Mesopotamia’.
