This article focuses on whether or not the theory of democracy, is aligned and converges with the praxis, the working of democracy. I think that it is not necessary theoretically to define the political praxis in order to clarify whether it is directly or indirectly connected with ideology. If this is the case, that is if they are aligned, then the relation between theory and praxis is mutual; in other words, as a consequence ideology leads to praxis, but also praxis is the outcome of ideology, or one is in full accordance with the other.
