Durham announces British Academy Postdoc and Marie Curie Individual Fellowship positions.

According to the official announcement, the University’s Department of Classics & Ancient History invites expressions of interest from candidates with well-developed proposals who wish to apply to the Marie Curie Individual Fellowship or British Academy Post-Doctoral Fellowship schemes through Durham University.

Both Fellowships aim to provide opportunities for career development for those who are at a relatively early stage of their academic careers but with a proven record of research.

The scheme deadlines are in early September and mid-October respectively, but anyone interested must have secured the support of someone in the Department to work with on their proposal as soon as possible.

A full draft for internal competitive review may be submitted

-by the end of Monday 20 July (for Marie Curie)  and

-by the end of Monday, 24 August for the British Academy.
