The University of Reading is offering up to 70 scholarships for postgraduate taught Masters courses, each worth £10,000. The scheme is open to UK and EU students who will be starting a Masters course at the University of Reading in 2015.

The following Masters programmes are offered by the Department of Classics:

MRes in Classics and Ancient History

MRes in Ancient Maritime Trade and Navigation (including two months’ study in Venice)

MRes in the Classical Tradition

MRes in the City of Rome (including two months’ study in Rome)

In order to apply for the scholarship, you must first apply for admission to a Masters programme at Reading, or already have done so. Once you have received an offer of a place, you will then be invited to apply separately for a scholarship. The closing date for scholarship applications is 24 April 2015.
