From the concept of “Almost” to that of “Precisely” and from Experience to Theory

The upheavals that accompanied the “Dark Ages” had a strong effect on technology, which soon, however, reached its peak. The development of emancipated cities, colonialism and its interaction with cultures of the new colonies all acted as a boost to quick development.
