Survey 1. Tourism Providers

This survey should be answered by tourism business owners/managers, organisations or destinations. We would like to learn about your opinions and experiences regarding guided tours which may include visitors with intellectual disabilities or learning difficulties. Your answers will be used to help us develop a training manual and course for tourist guides, focusing on the specific needs of these customers and enhancing the way venues and attractions are presented to visitors.

Survey 2. Visitors with intellectual disabilities or learning difficulties and support persons/organisations

This survey should be answered by a person or organisation supporting visitor(s) with intellectual disabilities or learning difficulties. Individuals may also answer themselves – or with help from another person. The questions ask about your experience of guided tours and how tours can be made better for everyone.

Survey 3. Tourist Guides, Trainers, Trainees

This survey should be answered by professional tourist guides, other tourist guides, vocational education specialists, trainers/educators, youth or professionals looking for career development, workers in hospitality & associated sectors and volunteers. The questions ask about your experience or interest in tourist guiding for people with intellectual disabilities or learning difficulties.
