This conference, to be held 4th September-7th September 2013, opens a dialogue between specialists on the Byzantine world and on the Arts and Crafts Movement in order to set into context an important, if short-lived, episode in Anglo-Hellenic relations at the turn of the 20th century. Speakers include Professor J.B. Bullen (Reading), Professor Robin Cormack (Courtauld Institute), Dr. Kostis Kourelis (Franklin and Mary College, USA), Dr. Dimitra Kotoula (Byzantine and Christian Museum, Athens), Professor Alan Powers (University of Greenwich), Professor Gavin Stamp (Cambridge), and Shawn Kholucy (Independent Scholar – Architect).

Last booking date for this event: 29th August 2013
