The Department of Classics at Royal Holloway, University of London, invites proposals for Leverhulme Early-Career Fellowships (commencing 2015-16, for three years).

The Department is seeking to host ambitious Classics and/or interdisciplinary research projects and offers a wide range of expertise, support and facilities, including research centres in the Department (Reception, Rhetoric, and Material Culture), in other Departments and in the Faculty / College-wide (for members of staff and their interests, please see https://www.royalholloway.ac.uk/classics/staffdirectory/home.aspx ).

One-page project outlines and a CV must be sent to the DoR and HoD not later than Jan. 5, 2015. Projects proposed through the Department will be passed on to the College for competitive review. The Leverhulme Trust deadline for ECF applications (endorsed by the host institutions) is 5 March 2015.
